President Trump took to Truth Social to strongly criticize what he described as the actions of “Radical Lunatic Democrats” and their allies in the “Fake News Media.” He accused them of intentionally misrepresenting the facts about Kilmar Armando Abrego Garcia, a person Trump claims they are portraying as “a very sweet and innocent person.” According to Trump, this narrative is “a total, blatant, and dangerous LIE.”
In his post, President Trump asserts that Garcia has already been found by not just one, but two separate courts to be an active member of MS-13, a criminal gang known for its violent activities. Trump emphasizes that Garcia was present in the United States illegally and is currently under a deportation order, underscoring that legal authorities have already determined he should not be in the country.
The president goes on to express outrage toward what he describes as the “despicable and unAmerican” behavior of liberals and the mainstream media. He accuses them of harboring hatred for the country and being more focused on “protecting criminals” than on ensuring public safety. According to Trump, their priorities are dangerously misplaced—rather than collaborating to secure the nation’s borders, protect streets, and keep American families safe, they are allegedly obsessed with defending those who break the law.
Trump calls for accountability, insisting that anyone who disseminates false information to the American people in defense of violent criminals must be held responsible. He urges that government agencies and the courts take action against those spreading what he considers dangerous lies.
